Protocol B: The Mercenary

For: Erratic Schedules

For those with no fixed "9-to-5". This is a non-linear, 3-day full body split that rotates based on your energy, not the calendar day.

  • Day A: High Intensity Squat, Bench Press, Weighted Pull-Ups. (Low Reps, Heavy Weight).
  • Day B: Volume / Hypertrophy Dumbbell Shoulders, Rows, Lunges, Arms. (Higher Reps, Lower Weight).
  • Day C: Active Recovery Zone 2 Cardio (45 mins) + Mobility/Stretching. Essential for cortisol management.

Rule: Never go 3 days without hitting Day A or B. Fit them in whenever you wake up.
